Do you like to entertain? We love to invite friends and family over for good fun, tasty libations and endless amounts of great conversation. These super easy French Martinis can be mixed up in no time at all. In fact, these little jobbers are so easy they can be done on the fly. Wow your guests and garnish the cocktails with some fresh raspberries and pineapple chunks threaded on a bamboo pick.
How do you make a French Martini?
Do you own a martini shaker? They are easy on the pocketbook and a great investment. Fill the glass part of the shaker with ice, add the vodka, pineapple juice and Chambord (raspberry liqueur). Put the top on the shaker and shake. I know, simple enough! Now to make that martini just that much prettier thread a couple of raspberries and a couple of chunks of pineapple on a bamboo pick and use as a garnish. I pick up the bamboo picks at a local Party City store. I have also seen them online at Amazon!
Why is it called a French Martini?
The first French Martini was created in the 1980’s at a bar in New York City. One of its key ingredients is Chambord which is dark raspberry liqueur which is produced in France, hence the name French Martini.
This beautiful French Martini could not be any prettier making it the perfect presentation for your next soiree. Put the ingredients on your shopping list today. The weekend will be here before you know it.
