This casserole is so good! I make this at least once a week – it is so delicious and the perfect comfort food!

Cook the long grain rice. Then, steam the broccoli.

Melt the butter, sprinkle flour, and whisk. Add the crushed red pepper, onion powder, dried marjoram, and dried thyme. Slowly whisk in the chicken broth and milk.

Whisk in cheddar. Add the cooked chicken, rice, and broccoli and stir to coat.

Spoon the chicken mixture into the prepared casserole dish and top with the remaining cheese. And bake.
