Great chicken casserole! Everyone loved it! I will be making it again!

Brown tortillas in a skillet and set aside. Heat the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic and cook. Then, add enchilada sauce, black beans, and shredded chicken. Mix to combine.

Spoon enchilada sauce into a baking dish. Layer with cut tortillas. Top with chicken mixture and shredded cheese. Repeat 2 more times. End with a layer of tortillas, enchilada sauce, and cheese.

Cover and bake. Let it rest. Top with chopped cilantro, salsa, and chopped avocado. Slice and serve.
