I love this crockpot chili, it gives it so much flavor during the slow cooking process!

Brown ground beef, adding the onion halfway. Cook. Add  the garlic and cook. Drain any excess grease. Add ground beef mixture to the crock pot.

Whisk together the beef broth and tomato paste. Pour on top of the beef mixture.

Add diced tomatoes, fire roasted tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, brown sugar, red pepper, and cayenne.

Cover and set to low. Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.

This thick beef Crock Pot Chili is prepped and in the pot in less than twenty minutes making it perfect for those busy weeknight schedules. Enjoy it with cornbread and all the fixings.
