These chicken croquettes were so delicious. So juicy and moist inside. Yum!

Melt butter. Whisk in the flour, followed by milk, and cook. Season with salt and pepper, then let it cool.

Combine the chicken, onion, red pepper, celery, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and the cooled white sauce. Cover and refrigerate.

Beat the eggs. Add the breadcrumbs to a separate bowl. Form the chicken mixture into balls. Dunk the balls in the eggs, followed by the breadcrumbs, twice. Place the balls on a prepared baking sheet.

Fry the balls and drain them in paper towels before serving.
