Start by preparing the mushrooms. Then, brown the sausage next. Add the chopped onion and cook.

Add the garlic, marjoram, sea salt, and fresh ground black pepper, then cook. After cooling, add the mixture to a bowl with the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and some parsley. Stir.

Scoop the mixture into the mushroom caps. Sprinkle with remaining parsley and bake.
