Combine ground beef, onions, garlic, eggs, parsley, thyme, marjoram, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, milk, and barbecue sauce. Transfer the mixture to a casserole and shape it into a meatloaf.

Whisk together the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar. Brush some sauce on top of the meatloaf. Wrap the meatloaf in bacon and brush the top with some sauce.

Bake. Baste the meatloaf with some sauce. Reduce the heat and cook, basting once more halfway through the baking time. Let it rest before slicing.
