An easy Candied Pecans recipe made with brown sugar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt creating a salty-sweet irresistible outer cinnamon-sugar shell over roasted pecans.

Toast the pecans in melted butter, then remove them to a plate. Meanwhile, cook a mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, ground cayenne, and water.

Add the pecans and stir to coat, then remove them to a plate. Separate the nuts, then let them cool and harden.

These were so delicious! I will definitely be making them again soon – and a double batch since the kids ate most of them!
