Chicken lettuce wraps are packed with plenty of protein from ground chicken and fresh vegetables like onion, red pepper, garlic, water chestnuts, and butter lettuce.

Whisk together the sauce ingredients.

Cook the ground chicken in sesame oil, followed by the minced yellow onion and red bell pepper, then the garlic and water chestnuts.

Now, whisk in the sauce. Stir to coat, then simmer.

Spoon some of the mixture into the lettuce leaves. Top with the sliced green onions and chopped peanuts, then serve.
