An easy crepe batter with seven ingredients made in the blender in less than five minutes. Fill with whipped cream and mixed fresh berries, or sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with warm maple syrup. For savory crepes, try smoked salmon with eggs, shallots, and smoked gouda.

To a blender, add the milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, sugar, salt, and flour. Blend and refrigerate.

Cook the batter on both sides in melted butter. Then, serve and enjoy!

Man this was so freaking good! I love how they were so airy and fluffy too! Crepes are such fun food. Maybe next time I will make a crepe cake.
