This flavor-packed Asian Chopped Salad combines cabbage, red bell peppers, carrots, sugar snap peas, almonds, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro, all tossed in a sesame ginger salad dressing.
This beautiful Salad is healthy, delicious, and easy to make. I love to serve it with some of my other Asian recipes like Ramen Stir Fry, Moo Shu Pork, or Gyoza.
How to make Asian Salad
Start by preparing the salad dressing. Add the sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, lime juice, and ginger to a small bowl and whisk well to combine.
Add the red and green cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, sugar snap peas, sliced almonds, green onions, sesame seeds, and chopped cilantro to a large salad bowl. Whisk the salad dressing one more time. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
