Ingredients Needed
- Salt: kosher, sea salt, or Himalayan pink
- Black pepper: freshly ground
- Garlic powder
- Paprika: sweet or smoked (your preference)
- Onion powder
- Dried thyme: leaves
- Cayenne pepper: just a few pinches of ground.
How To Season Steak
Simply blend the ingredients together and store them in an airtight container in a cool section of the kitchen, away from sunlight. Season all your favorite beef and pork cuts with a tablespoon of the mix before cooking. Press the seasoning into the steak and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
