This fudge is made in three easy steps with short lulls between them so the fudge can set a bit. This recipe does require you to work with each layer quickly so the fudge is easier to spread so make sure you have what you need before you place the bowl in the microwave.

Ingredients
- 1 can 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Line 8 x 8 inch pan with aluminum foil sprayed lightly with nonstick baking spray. Leave an overhang on opposite sides. You will use this overhang to help remove the fudge from the pan.
- In medium microwavable bowl add 1 cup chocolate chips,1/3 cup plus one tablespoon sweetened condensed milk and one tablespoon butter. Cook in microwave at 50% power until chips are melted; approximately 1-2 minutes. Stir a couple of times during the cooking process. Spoon into aluminum foil lined pan and smooth with the back side of a spoon lightly sprayed with nonstick baking spray. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
- In small cup dissolve strawberry gelatin in 2 tablespoons of hot water and set aside. In clean medium microwaveable bowl add 1 cup white chocolate chips, 1/3 cup plus one tablespoon sweetened condensed milk and one tablespoon butter. Cook in microwave at 50% power until chips are melted; approximately 1-2 minutes. Stir a couple of times during the cooking process. While the chocolate is very warm add strawberry gelatin in about 4 parts stirring quickly and continuously. Spoon into aluminum foil lined pan and smooth with the back side of a spoon lightly sprayed with nonstick baking spray. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
- In clean medium microwavable bowl add 1 cup white chocolate chips,1/3 cup plus one tablespoon sweetened condensed milk and one tablespoon butter. Cook in microwave at 50% power until chips are melted; approximately 1-2 minutes. Stir a couple of times during the cooking process. While mixture is very warm quickly stir in vanilla. Spoon into aluminum foil lined pan and smooth with the back side of a spoon lightly sprayed with nonstick baking spray. Refrigerate until set or overnight.
- Using the overhang lift fudge out of pan and place on cutting board or plate. Peel off aluminum foil. Cut with sharp knife into small squares.
Notes
Fudge starts to set quickly so have all the ingredients and tools around you so you can work efficiently.
Refrigerating each layer helps set the layer so it does not mix with the next one.
To cut use a very sharp knife that has been heated under very hot water.
