Key Lime Martini

This refreshing, tangy blended key lime martini is a sweet treat for a hot day. Creamy and cold, it's like key lime pie in a glass!

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup vanilla vodka
• 1/4 cup key lime juice
• 1/4 cup half n half
• 1/4 cup simple syrup
• 1 tablespoon cream of coconut
• Ice
• 4 lime rounds.

Instructions

• Place all ingredients in blender. Add 4 - 5 cups of ice. Blend until smooth. Pour in martini glasses and garnish with lime rounds.

Notes

Simple syrup is made by pouring equal parts water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until the sugar is completely dissolved stirring several times. Remove from heat and chill.
If just making one martini add one tablespoon each of vodka, lime juice, half n half, simple syrup and 3/4 teaspoon cream of coconut. Use about one cup of ice.
