- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 5 ounces baby arugula
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions

- Add the rocket lettuce (also known as arugula) to a large bowl, add the red onions and the chopped pecans.
