Easy Ingredients – Tasty Smoothie
Do you have to use frozen strawberries?
No, you do not! Although strawberries are frozen at their peak, using frozen fruit in smoothies eliminates the need for ice. Ice is easy to crush in the blender, but it dilutes the scrumptious flavors of the fruit. That said, you can still use fresh strawberries and a frozen banana or ice cubes, which will be delicious.
How to Make a Strawberry Banana Smoothie
It does not get much easier than this. Add the strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt, and honey to the blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh strawberries or bananas, and serve. Remember that smoothies are best served right away, so plan accordingly.
