Cook the pork, then remove to a plate. Cook the onions next, followed by the garlic. Stir in the chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the pan.

Add the browned pork back into the pot. Cover and bake.

Drain most of the liquid off the pork into a saucepan. Now, make the sauce.

Pour the mixture into the pot with the pork and stir to coat. Cook and serve.
