Combine flour, kosher salt, fresh ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Beat eggs separately.

Melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook. Whisk in white wine and let it reduce. Add chicken broth and lemon juice. Whisk. Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Garnish and serve.
