Salt and pepper the chicken breasts. Cook in olive oil on both sides, then remove to a plate.

Cook the onions in olive oil and butter, followed by the sundried tomatoes, garlic, oregano, parsley, basil, marjoram, and red pepper flakes.

Add the chicken broth and cream. Stir and simmer. Stir in the Parmesan, then add the spinach and cook.
