These croffles, also known as croissant waffles, are quick and easy to make and so incredibly delicious that you will want to make them again and again.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Roll the wide end towards the narrow end, then roll them through cinnamon sugar.

Place the sugared crescent rolls on a preheated waffle iron and cook.

Plate and serve.
