I can’t believe I made homemade dumplings. These little things are so tasty!

Chop cabbage and sprinkle with salt and let it sit.  Squeeze excess water and combine it with other dumpling ingredients in a bowl.

Place mixture in a potsticker wrapper, fold, and seal.

Pan-fry dumplings, then steam.

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil. Serve the sauce with the warm dumplings.
